Bin Harbor is operated by Cascade Distribution Services LLC ("Operating Company"), a limited liability company that manages the day-to-day operations of this storefront. The Operating Company is responsible for logistics, customer service, compliance, supplier relationships, and payment processing. While the storefront operates under the Bin Harbor brand, the Operating Company handles the underlying operational functions that make your shopping experience possible.

Bin Harbor is an independent multi-brand specialist and is not the official store for any of the brands we carry. We do not claim to be an official retailer or authorized representative of iTouchless, Sterilite, Brabantia, or EKO beyond our status as an independent reseller.

2. Customer Eligibility and Account Use

To place an order on Bin Harbor, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or issues identified by our fraud prevention processes. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing on our website are accurate and current. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are error-free, complete, or current. We verify product details—including brand, model number, capacity, dimensions, and materials—against the brand's published product data before listing. 4. Pricing and Promotions

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices vary by brand, model, capacity, materials, and the supplier's current trade price. Some brands charge more for certain design features or premium finishes, while others are positioned as budget-friendly.

We operate as an independent online retailer with no physical storefront, which reduces fixed costs. We buy directly from established wholesale distributors and brand supply channels in volumes that qualify for tiered pricing. These savings are passed on to you in our everyday prices. Promotions are funded from our marketing budget and supplier trade allowances—they are never funded by raising product prices or reducing product quality.

We offer a promotional coupon code BINHARBOR10, which provides 10% off eligible items in your order. Coupon eligibility follows checkout rules, and the discount is applied at checkout when the code is entered. 5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. We accept credit cards and PayPal as payment methods. 6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping on orders over $45.00. For orders below this threshold, standard shipping is $8.00. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and product availability. We negotiate consolidated shipping from our distribution partners to keep last-mile costs low.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect your package upon delivery and contact our support team if anything appears damaged or missing.

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

If we confirm that a product is not authentic or does not meet the brand's quality standard, we will offer a replacement or refund according to our returns policy and any applicable warranty. We will also trace the affected batch and stop sourcing from that supplier if needed. We are committed to resolving every authenticity and quality claim fairly.
